Roast beef!

Picked up two Black Angus round tip roasts yesterday out of which I am making roast beef for sandwiches.

Rubbed one up with kosher salt, garlic powder, onion powder, and yellow mustard powder. The second got the same with an addition of green chile powder.

Smoking them with oak at @180 to an internal of 135 degrees. Tomorrow, they will get sliced thin and vacuum packed.

Tomorrow, I'll drag out the slicer and turn it into sammich meat.
