Looks like a good time Scooby.   Reminds me of when I used to run the Colorado mountains on horseback when I was young.

Hi scooby, thanks for posting the photos. If they were in black and white instead of color, I would have thought they were taken some 100yrs ago. Some technology never grows old. I only wish I was there.

Yep, in Idaho. The bridge is a standard USFS pack bridge and was likely constructed by a contractor for the Forest Service.  There are a lot of bridges such as this one in these parts.

Thanks (again) for taking us with you. I have a good friend who has horses and a mule. I do believe he prefers riding the mule. I think you two would hit it off famously.
