My two Springfield Hawkins

These are our two Hawkens.  They are identical except in finish.  The good lookin tiger stripe with the brass tacks is my wife's the plain one is mine.  One of these days, I'm gonna find a lefty Hawken to trade for her rifle, lol!

I like 'em both! Love the half-stock Hawken-style rifles. They were the original "mountain rifle" long before it was trendy.... :-*
