Looking real hard at 58 cal 1863 Springfield.i was wondering if anyone loads their own.
Trying to get some ideas on the type of paper used to make the cartridges with {9) }&@

I've used everything from newspaper to printer paper. I'm using a drawing pad right now for cartridge paper that's made by crayola, it has a little rough texture to it and reminds me of old style writing paper.

Cigarette papers are thin ad already have glue on them

Went off and picked up the 63 Springfield just have to get a minie ball mold
 And start loading some powder paper cartridges. Like getting back to an
 Old friend that you haven't seen in a while. {9) }&@

I hope it shows.going with craft paper,cheaper than cig paper
