I bought a nice Colt Python about 4 years ago. I thought it would be a good investment.  Turns out it was.  Prices were steady for a while, but in the past year they have gone up rapidly.  I see them SELLING for double what I paid.  If they are nickel plated that goes about triple for a nice one.  I should have bought a few more a cou[le of years ago.

I watch a couple of auctions every morning and have noticed that about Pythons.
Not all guns have done the Python thing but I haven't seen any that are loosing money.

                                                       I agree . If there are any particular guns you really want I would bite the bullet and buy em . With the inflation that is happening now todays price would be cheap compared to a year or two from now . ..............just my thought .
