I've had several, and I never felt a thing. I believe it depends a lot on how does the procedure. I've had spinal taps where I never felt a thing, yet I've heard horror stories about them. I've had cortisone shots in my elbow. Again, never felt a thing.

It's like my IP address at home. I think if you use a wireless router, it messes up the IP location.
