I believe there was another revolver with extra slots as well...was it the Starr? Can't remember now. ???

The only other 12-slot-stop revolver I can recall was the Manhattan.

I received my Pietta Griswold and Gunnison about a week ago, but the whole household has come down with some kind of viral respiratory disease, so I have not posted much lately. We have turned the corner, thankfully.

I have (temporarily) turned the Pietta G&G brasser (round TG) and the Pietta 1851 Navy Second Model steel (squareback TG) into a Schneider and Glassick and a (fantasy) 1851 Navy 2nd Model .36 Dragoon (which I am so enamoured of!). If I substitute my round 1851 TG to my fantasy pistol and use the G&G plain cylinder, it is a Leech and Rigdon. Pretty neat to be able to mix-and-match for 5 different mostly correct replicas.

The grip, TG, and backstrap on the G&G do not display the Pietta "tail" as the standard 1851 Navy Piettas show: it is much more like the original Colt profile.
