The one I got from Gunbroker has on the barrel " Navy Arms Fairfield NJ made in Italy ". Anyone know who in Italy made the gun ? With the 18" barrel, would two pills under the round ball be better for keeping the whole barrel lubed ? Paul

There will be identifying maker's marks on the barrel. Usually they are on the bottom barrel flat right where the barrel threads into the frame (we are talking Remington, right?) Chances are it will be Uberti, Armi San Marco (ASM) or Armi San Paolo (DGG). If you aren't sure about the marks take some pix.
