To my knowledge, no. Only Uberti and ASM made those. ASM also produced an 1848 Pocket with a squareback TG.

The grips look like ASM. It's not a Pietta, dude doesn't know what he has.

To be succinct, No. 

Pietta did/does not make pocket model or Dragoon sized pistols - regardless of what they call them.  They only make pistols based on the 1851 belt model sized frames.
