WOW. My salivary glands just exploded. There is only one thing better than home cured bacon and that is, wait for it, more BACON!!!! Is this from domestic or wild pig? Hoping to pop a couple young sows this year and try my hand at some wild pork. A man in Houston, they call him the PIG MAN, has web site and tells how make wild pig taste like home grown meat.
