Holiday meat
« on: December 19, 2019, 06:32:22 PM »
The grocery store near where I work stocks up the meat section this time of year. In the last few days I brought home two rib roasts (1x8-pound, 1x16-pound), a New York Strip roast (10 pound), a whole beef tenderloin (4-pound), and a pork belly (9-pound).

That sounds very reasonable to me! Tenderloin is about $20.00/pound around here.
