Thanks, so far I have only loaded light smokeless loads for it, but I do plan to shoot the Holy Black!

Excellent.

Once you shoot black out of it, you'll never go back to that heathen smokeless!

Another rather unusual rifle, this one is a German Stalking rifle in 8.15 X 46R, brass is made from either 30-30 or 32-40 brass, so is equivalent ballistically to those calibers. I have done some if each. A very nice light weight rifle!.

A quiet winter Saturday afternoon; some of my 'friends' came over to play...

Another of my "pretty" guns, this is a Remington #3 Hepburn in 25-25 Stevens caliber.

In case you're not familiar with the 25-25 Stevens caliber, here is a case next to a 45-70.

The only thing I've had as nice as some of these was my Weatherby Mark V Deluxe but I sold it last year.

Wow Mazo,

I always thought the Hepburn's were an ugly over sized beast, that was until I handled one.
They are a true classic, and I must add a very small action. Pictures never do them justice.
I believe Hepburn built the falling block action so it would never have to be removed from the rest to load.
