Just as the Spanish made copies of firearms, so did the Mexicans. I have been puttzing around with this one for a while now. Something else always seems to take precedence!

The gun came with some kind of aluminum? repro backstrap. The one it is wearing now is a brass one that I blackened.

Bored?! Around here? I've got more irons in the fire than Carter has little liver pills. (When was the last time you heard that expression?) I have hmmmm, at least seven projects going right now. And then there is the reloading that needs to be done.
